How does your Oxfam Online Shop work? 

There is a selection of brand-new Tech items available on our Oxfam Ireland Online Shop. Orders from our online shop will be dispatched to you within 3-6 working days.  

What do I do if I wish to return a purchase? 
 
We offer a 14-day no quibbles return policy which begins from the date you received the goods. Please contact us first on email irl-info@oxfam.org. You must return the goods within the 14 days period. All returns must contain original order details for refund/exchange to be processed , If you contact us outside of the 14-day period or fail to return the item to us within 14 days we will not refund/ exchange the order (unless defective/damaged). 

Can I return a purchase to my local Oxfam shop? 

This facility is not currently available.

How will I receive my refund? 

If you request a refund, we will refund the full price of the purchase, but we do not refund any mandatory delivery charges incurred. 

You will receive notification via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.  

How does shopping at Oxfam help beat poverty?  

We will always ensure that profits from your online purchases to fight poverty worldwide. 

Each item you buy will make an important contribution to Oxfam Ireland’s work. Some sales form our Sourced by Oxfam range will directly benefit Fair Trade producers.
